Reinstall the software or do the hardware tests.
Your mac its pretty outdated now, maybe you want buy a new one.

Mar 12, 2014 10:53 AM in response to caseybrooksby Eric Root,What OS were you using on the mini before this problem started? If 10.7.8.9, boot to the Recovery Volume (command - R on a restart or hold down the option key during a restart and select Recovery Volume). Run Disk Utility Verify/Repair and Repair Permissions. Then reinstall the OS.
