Can't restore iPhone iOS Error:3194 & Error:3004

Hello, I'm trying to restore my iPhone 4 to iOS 7.0.4 for some reason. I have the IPSW file from previous attempts. I press restore while holding shift to select my file, it extracts then "Error:3194" I tried to fix it, "Error:3004", I try to fix it "Error:3194", this isn't working: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4451, I have no firewall enabeled. Please help !
