My husband and I both have iPhone 5 devices running iOS 7. We are both on Wi-Fi. His device discovers mine, mine does not discover his. The message on his is "Connection Unsuccessful, Make sure "....I PHONE" is turned on and is in range.", even though the phones are in close proximity.
