There is always this 1 or 2 second delay before I can hear the person who called me and before they can hear me. I have to say hello at least twice before they hear me. Sometimes it works the other way and they will have to say hello twice before I hear them

I have an Iphone 5s with iOS 8.1.1. and it does the samething. It is so annoying !!! Please Apple, do something about it !
