iOS 7.1 low fps

I have an iPad Air, it was a little bit laggy on 7.0 and I heard it will be smoother on 7.1, so I upgraded it now and once I tried it, wow. Apps opened quicker, but on lower fps so did folders and now when i rotate my iPad in any application it is like 5 fps. Any ways to fix this?
