How do I delete photos that were synced from another computer

How do I delete photos that were synced from another computer. I synced them from a Windows computer and I want to move them to my new Mac. But when I log into iTunes I can't see them and can't delete them either.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.6

Sorry I wasn't more specific. First time to post here. I synced the photos on my current iPhone from an old windows laptop. I don't want the photos from that computer on my phone anymore (they have been transferred to a flash drive because I don't use that laptop anymore) I have tried clicking on the albums on my phone that says "from my computer" but they turn gray and only allow me to move them up or down. Even if I click in the specific photo I am not given the choice to delete. I have backed up my photos onto my new Mac but it only transferred the ones my phone had taken not those that had been transferred onto it. I need them gone to free up more space on my phone.

Thanks for any assistance.

You don't say how you plan to move them to the new Mac from the Windows computer but that is a separate issue from removing them from the phone. Also, you can't move them via going from the old computer to the phone and then on to the new computer using iTunes. You could do that using a 3rd party app but you would lose quality of the photos on the new computer. You should move the photos from the old to new computer the same way you move other data.

Note that if you want to keep them on the phone you could first move the photos from the old computer to the Mac and then sync to the Mac with the photos selected. It should delete the old ones and replace them with the new sync.

If you just want to delete them from the phone, have you tried to do that by going to the Photos page on iTunes with the phone connected and removing the checkmark in front of "Sync Photos From" and then syncing? Note that each time you sync via iTunes it should set the non-Camera Roll photos on the phone to match the current iTunes settings.

Select Sync Photos under the Photos selection for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes. If you are using iPhoto, you can select a single iPhoto album or multple albums that you want transferred to your iPhone followed by a sync. This will remove all photos on your iPhone that were transferred from the other computer. If you don't want any photos on your Mac transferred to your iPhone, after doing this to remove the photos on your iPhone that were transferred from the other computer, deselect Sync Photos under the Photos selection for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes which will remove all photos on your iPhone that were transferred from your Mac.

You cannot delete them directly on the phone -- you have to use iTunes sync as I described above -- by going to the Photos page on iTunes with the phone connected and removing the checkmark in front of "Sync Photos From" and then syncing. Note that each time you sync via iTunes it should set the non-Camera Roll photos on the phone to match the current iTunes settings.
