shuffle refuses to play completely

For some reason, whenever I have my iTouch on shuffle, it stops a third way through. It even started a song and then it cut out before the vocals started. I've reset it to see if that would fix it, but it's still doing it. Any advice?

Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. done

- Unsync/delete all music and resync

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore from backup. See:

iOS: How to back up

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

In order to restore your iPod:

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

For how to restore:

You can only restore from backup if you made the backup before adding the Restrictions since the Restrictions passcode is restored.(unlike the screen-lock passcode)
