The wrong Apple ID is the login option when updating Apps?

On my mother's iPad, when I'm trying to update the apps, shows an Apple ID login box.

The email is my brother's.

I've logged into my mom's apple ID on iCloud, settings, iTunes, almost everything I can think of.

But still, his email keeps showing up.
