cac reader issues

Just purchased the CAC Reader SCM SCR3500 and I am having problems having the www.nko.navy.mil site recognize my ID. I have went to the txsystem.com/cac-help, and did almost every troubleshooting step; and the site is still not recognizing the ID. Can some one help me with this problem?
