Urgent! updated to IOS7.1 on iPhone 5s. no service of b-mobile card in Japan

I updated to IOS 7.1 yesterday. I could not connect to the b-mobile service in Japan with the docomo card. I'm visiting Japan with b-mobile card with only internet service. It could be used when it is 7.0.4. Is there something wrong? I need to put in the APN ID and PASSWORD for using this network.

I tried APN setting app for it and failed. I even tried to use iphone configuration utility to write in the APN and failed.

Something wrong with the system????!!!

My iphone is 5s without contract 1530.
