Q: NSIinternalInconsistencyException OS X Mavericks

I cant download Os X mavericks an error always pop out NSIinternalinconsistencyexception. i turned of firewall and removed proxies but still it wont download. i even tried to use ethernet, wifi, and broadband. any help??

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
