Can't see Dropbox icon and can't open it properly from App Store - nothing happens

I have installed Dropbox successfuly on my 2 PC's and then thought I'd install it on my iPad mini via the App Store. The iPad mini went through the installation process but no icon has appeared. Also nothing in the settings list of apps. If I go to purchased apps in the App Store it says it is there and it is OPEN but it dosn't actually do anything at all. The App does not open.

How do I get it to reinstall if I can't see it to delete it? Or how do I make it appear on the iPad screen and actually OPEN.

It is working fine on my PC's.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.

As far as the icon itself, have you checked all of the home screens (swipe right-left). Also - it could be in a folder (but shouldn't have been placed in off the bat).
