Q: I had a one on one with my apple rep yesterday.  They backed up all my photos on my computer.  I was advised to delete photos from Photo stream on my iPhone and iPad and then back it up.  I did backup the iPhone, ipad back not possible not enought space

Hello,

I had a one on one with my apple rep yesterday.  They backed up my camera roll from my iphone as well as my ipad on my computer as I was not able to backup to icloud due to lack of space.

They advised me to delete photos from my photo stream on my iphone and ipad and then do a back up.

I deleted the photos from photo stream on my iphone and ipad.

I was able to backup my iphone but NOT my ipad as it is saying that there is not enough room on icloud to do this back up.

Any solution?
