Q: Who can i change the app store from mexico too france

Because i am studing in france and i bought an itunes card and when i want to validate it the app store needs to be change how i do that

    You'll need have French Address and a French payment method associated with a French address. . 

     

    You can go to Settings->iTunes & App Stores->Apple ID->View Apple ID->Country/Region

     

    Note that you must not have any money left on your account to change the Region.
