No picture AT ALL for incoming call iOS 7.1?

Is anyone having problems with no photo displaying AT ALL when someone calls since the iOS 7.1 update? All my photos that were assigned to contacts were photos taken on my phone. They still show up in contacts and next to favorites, but when someone calls, I don't get any photo, not even a small one. I've tried deleting the photos from a contact and re-adding them, but still nothing. Any ideas how to get even a small photo back on caller id? 😟 This is not referring to the fact that caller ID pictures are not full screen anymore. That's not cool either, but I would like to have at least a small photo rather than no photo period.

Had the same issue. The solution is that I have a google account connect to contacts. Just turn it off in mail options and all should works fine

I appreciate the suggestion, unfortunately it didn't work for me 😟

I didn't have my google account connected to my contacts, initially, so I added it and deleted it in hopes of a fix, but still nothing. Ugh.

I have the same issue. Turning off contacts for my 2 mail accounts to clear contacts and turning back on to get them re-sync'd has not helped either.

Not sure cause but I do have 2 accts I sync contacts with - Corp Exchange and Hotmail. I do not sync to iCloud Contacts.

I've also tried limiting my contacts to just my icloud. Didn't fix the problem. I also don't have the option to decline an incoming call

I'm Dealing with the exact same issue.... Tried everything nothing has changed... I only have a picture displayed for outcoming calls.... 😟

Same problem as above... Since most of my caller id photos come from FB I even deletd and re-installed FB and still nothing. Even upated my contacts and still nothing. We have 3 iphones and they are all experiencing the same issue. I do prefer the larger pix and would prefer that when they fix it that it goes back to the large photo

It really bothers me! I sure hope they fix this...why do they always mess with things just when you like them? I am too old to see that little picture on my phone, I want the whole screen picture so I can see who is calling me.

Faced the same problem but courtesy of RiNN986 i have fixed the problem. Look what i did was simple downloaded an app that helped me back-up my contacts and later tried the solution provided by RiNN986 and later imported the contacts to my iphone and lo it worked..

Go to settings>Mail,Contacts,Calenders>Gmail>Contacts>turn off contacts.

some of your contacts will get deleted but dont worry you have the app ready to import the contacts.

The good news is that you can turn on contacts in gmail after importing the contacts from the suggested app..

The app I suggest is : Contacts kit>> for backing up your contacts

And i request apple to give us full screen phtos while calling please its a plea from users all over the world......
