iPhone speaker won't work unless someone calls me?

My iPhone speaker won't work unless someone calls me it's useless because I can't play music of here when I type on the keypad, I just got the charge dock replaced because it wasn't charging and now the speakers won't work. I had this problem before but it turned out to be something in the charge dock but this one is new and I've cleaned it someone help?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1, I just got the charge dock replaced

Seems you still have a charging dock problem. The new one may be faulty. It is a complex part, made of many components. Next step, would be trying another dock assembly. You do not even have remove the current part to trouble shoot this problem. Just connect up another dock assembly and see if it solves the problem, then obviously you would want to install it.
