Can't find my purchase history
I can't seem to find my purchase history while using my iPad I've tried the way it shows and it doesn't work
iPad, iOS 7.1
The HT2727 page that you posted from refers to a computer's iTunes, you can't view your full full purchase history on an iOS device.
On your iPad you can only view a cut-down version (the last 90 days) via http://reportaproblem.apple.com (and you can use that page to contact iTunes Support if you have a problem with a purchase)
