PLEASE HELP! How to undo bounce track in place?

While working on a project in Logic Pro X, I decided to consolidate my work and bounce all audio tracks in place. I saved the project and quit Logic. When I opened it back up again, I realized there were some issues: the timing of the audio files were off and some regions were playing at a faster tempo. How do I undo all of the bounce track in places? I set it initally to "Replace Track" when I first bounced each track so there is no muted track. And since I had quit Logic I am not able to hit Undo or CMD-Z. Please help. Thank you.

Logic Pro X, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
