Is there anyway to share iPad screen to a PC remotely?

I know you can share an iPad screen through programs like AirServer in combination with WebEx or GoToMeeting. But I was wondering if there was any program that could share the iPad's screen to a remote computer without plugging it into another computer? Just by the iPad itself

I see there are some other forum posts about programs/apps you can buy that share "screen captures" but those threads seem a little old. Was hoping someone has made/found a application that allows remote screen sharing in real time... I'm in IT support and manage about 100 iPads. Can't find much else through searching online.

nope sorry, I believe that only works when the iPad and PC are on the same network. Looking for a "remote" option. So would need a program like Reflector, but to work over different networks 🙂 or even work over a VPN.

Just a little more background: I have a bunch of field techs that only have ipads (no laptops). I want to be able to look at their screen remotely and walk them through things if they have any issues/questions with it. I know Apple has a policy about not allowing control of the iPad remotely. But thought there might be a way for them to share their iPad's screen to me?

That does indeed only work on a local network. Sorry, but I don't know of any way you can accomplish what you want. The only method for sharing a screen involves AirPlay mirroring, and that only works locally. A "two step" method involving AirPlay to the computer and then screen sharing on the computer might work, but that's probably not going to be practical in your situation.

If anyone has an option for this let me know. Guessing I'm not only person would like to do this.

(should've just got our field techs Windows tablets!! 😝)
