I'm trying to transfer my library to a new computer - what do I do about music originally uploaded from CDs?

I just got a new computer and I'm having trouble transferring my whole itunes library over. I've used Home Sharing, but then the songs only work when I'm online and the other computer is on. I also want to get the songs I uploaded from CDs onto my new computer so I don't have to re-upload everything. Is there any way to do this?
