Problems using the migration assistant.

After using the migration assistant to transfer files from my old Macbook Pro (with Maverick) to my new MBP (also with Maverick) there is like a computer in the computer, and access to the migrated data is only possible from the new admin account that I created in the migration process.

The acct I created during first startup of the new MBP hasn't got access to anything, it's like nothing's on the HD when I open Finder.

The acct I created following the migration process looks like my old MBP, and I can access all my files, but everything behaves very strange and slow when I'm logged on to that, for instance Safari hangs when opening a normal website, and I get the "beachball" for maybe a minute...

It feels like I'm on the old (2008) MBP now.

Is it possible to roll back or maybe to merge the two accounts to one?

Thankful for any tips, Joel Eriksson.
