restore IOS to a different back up date?
How to restore a different back up date on my IOS?
I restored it to a wrong date, and now am missing APPS and information!!!! Help

You are missing information because you installed a new IOS. IOS 7 replaced IOS 6 and would release all content. Restore should put the most recent backup, back on the device.
If you have a physical backup on the computer, you can select that backup to restore to the device.
