How long does Apple usually take for revising and accepting an App?

It's beeing 4 days since I sent my App and I'm still waiting for news from Apple. Have any of you guys ever sent an App? if so, how long did it take?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.6

The turnaround time for app reviews varies; 4 days is not unusual.
