Q: my iphones touch screen has stopped working, all the buttons work though. when the touch screen does work it does very very little, i havent dropped it either it just suddenly come on. anyone know why?

my touch screen is unresponsive and i cant think why, i mean i havent dropped it nor have i miss handled it. anyone know why?
