Q: My iPhone 4S home page inadvertently zooms. How do I fix?
My iPhone 4S home page inadvertently zooms several times per week which carries over to all apps. It does not respond to pinching nor swiping. The only way I can re set it is to shut the phone down and re start. Is there a way to correct this while the phone is operating?

Hey deborah122,
Thanks for the question. Let’s check your Accessibility settings to see if “Zoom” is configured to initiate upon a three button click. Navigate to Settings > General > Accessibility and scroll to the bottom to the “Accessibility Shortcut” - make sure this is set to nothing (if set to zoom, tap it to disable). There shouldn’t be a checkmark on any of these options.
You can also make sure “Zoom” is disabled near the top of the main Accessibility screen.
