Best way for me to setup bootcamp?

Ok so I currently have a Mac Pro 2008 with an AMD 6870 installed. Basically I want to setup bootcamp but this card won't give me boot screens. So here are my ideas of solutions:

1. Click to install bootcamp and hope for the best ( not preferable)

2. Setup bootcamp with my imac using sata to usb converter then once setup plug hard drive back in to Mac Pro

3. Any other ideas you guys might have?.....

Use Boot Camp Assistant and follow the instructions to the letter.

I know but i don't have the boot screens so will this be a problem? And could I set up with my imac

Where's your stock GPU? Unsure about the iMac method.

Doing it blind might work, you'll just have to be very patience since you can't see what's happening on screen.

Unfortunately my stock gpu over heated.

I'm slightly worried about doing it blind.
