Apple uses wrong email
When I went to my settings because I got a new email it still says my old one and I went to my settings ans it's my new one
iPad mini Wi-Fi, iOS 7.0.6

And how did you change your Apple ID? Or did you make a new Apple ID with your new email?
Purchases made with your Apple ID are forever linked to that account and can't be transferred
