How to Transfer iTunes from Windows XP 32bit to Windows 7 Pro 64bit

Please Help! We need to transfer our iTunes account & full library to a New Computer. Old unit is a Windows XP 32 bit, to the New unit - Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. Wish to keep current account & transfer to new computer, & need to copy all artwork, personal set lists, & of course all music. We have a Go Suite Cable used for transferring files. We also have thumb drives, & an iPod Classic. Instructions for any or all three would be appreciated. We are NOT very computer savvy, so details are important.
