After upgrading my iphone 4 to ios7.1 . My personal hotspot stop working.. Plz give another update as soon as possible because without personal hotspot its very difficult to survive...plz plz give another update as eat as possible...

Verify that your carrier supports Personal Hotspot for your device and that you have Personal Hotspot enabled on your cellular plan:
