Q: After updraging my iphone 4 to ios 7.1 my personal hotspot stop working..

After upgrading my iphone 4 to ios7.1 . My personal hotspot stop working.. Plz give another update as soon as possible because without personal hotspot its very difficult to survive...plz plz give another update as eat as possible...
