I did software update, after that, i cannot restart my Mac. the screen keep flash with a question logo. is there any way I can reboot the computer?

It looks like you're on Lion. You can try a recovery boot (hold command-R at the chime). Beyond that, you'll need a bootable USB, a bootable clone, or an install DVD?
