I have no APN settings on my iPhone 4S??
My phone doesn't have any APN settings or even Network Data. . .
iOS 7.0.6
I have same problem, I try to use unlockit.co.nz to install my network APN. Can received msg but unable to send.
I also try to use Apple configurator to set the APN, same as first one.
Because the setting missing one field for MMSC:
hope apple can update the APN setting.
