Iphone and Bose Sound Dock series 3

Any errors? Any clues other than "stopped working"?

What have you tried?

I have the exact same pRoblem...charger works, ios7 on my daughters phone works...so the software somehow does not recognize sound out.

Called Bose and they talked me through something that worked...soft reset phone using the power button to turn phone off...a slide should come on screen turn phone off...unplug Bose dock for thirty seconds to reset...turn phone back on and you may have to in my case push firmly to seat phone on dock...but hopefully that works for you.

Did the iO7 update last night and teh Sound Dock no longer plays. Phone charges fine, but no sound, and no response from the remote. I've tried all of the above with no success. iPod classic plays fine. Love this update Apple!!!!!!
