Can't find download.

On the 12/03/14, I purchased a ESV Bible through the CadreBible App. It started to download and then a message appeared saying there was a problem and it could not be downloaded from CadreBible.Today I received an Invoice via Email for the purchase. O/No MJ2TB7D5F for $7.49. How do I access my purchase so I can download it?
