Mar 14, 2014 9:08 AM in response to on_linerby EZ Jim,★HelpfulYou can send your comments or suggestions directly to Apple via Mac OS X Feedback.
You are unlikely to get a direct response from your "Fedback", but you can be certain that the responsible Apple people will see your input for consideration in future product development.

Mar 14, 2014 11:20 AM in response to Eric Rootby William Lloyd,This is not true. For RAW formats, Apple delivers updates to OS X that bring the RAW support.
Of course, you can use manufacturer-supplied raw converters, or other photography software that can do it, but if you want OS X support (so you can view the files in Finder, or edit them in iPhoto or Aperture), then Apple needs to offer this update.
Apple rarely (ever?) announces when they will support new camera raw formats before they release it, so the answer to this question is "nobody knows" but requesting it via OS X feedback as EZ Jim suggests is the best approach.

Mar 15, 2014 7:22 PM in response to Eric Rootby SenorMojo,Fuji told me that they had no say in what software developers did or didn't do, and that sadly, my concerns should be addressed to Apple. Which I did. Over and over again.
