My battery has ONLY 198 load cycles and shows ONLY 68% of capacity (3948 mAh instead of 5770)!!! Is it normal???

It is not normal in my opinion....

Is it something I can do or I must pay for another battery???

My macbook pro is 36 months old but I thought that battery works fine tille 400 and over loadcycles.....
