Got software upgrade on iPhone5 this morning, started installing, now it just has a black screen with the charger icon and iTunes icon. Have tried shutting off, plugging in to different outlets, nothing is working. Need phone ASAP for traveling. HELP!!!

Due to Incomplete Software Update on your device the current iOS version is corrupted due to which your device is in Recovery Mode and the only option you have is connect your iPhone to the Computer that have latest version of iTunes (11.1.5) Installed and then Restore your Device to Factory Settings.
