Images online load blurry on Iphone 5

I have my iphone 5 for about 6 months now, the phone has been working great no problems at all until recently. One day eariler this week my iphone started loading very blurry images when browsing online, and this not only happens in the safari but in other apps too. I thought that maybe it's a data issue and my cell network could be causing the problem but all towers are LTE in my area. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?
