Can i retrieve files from the trash if it has been emptied.? Please help

Only by using data recovery software (or, preferably, your backup).

I like Data Rescue. You can download a trial to see if it will find the file before you pay to unlock its recovery features. You'll need an external drive (hard drive or flash) to recover to.
With any data recovery software, you should use it as soon as possible, to avoid writing over the "free" space with new files.
