It keeps saying that the server for my iCloud Account is not available...who can help me?

Go to System Preferences>iCloud, uncheck Mail, restart your Mac, then check Mail again.

If randers4's suggestion does not work try going into Mail's Accounts preference pane, delete the mail account and add it back in.
