after i updated to ios7.1 , i cant find my icloud backup , although the icloud account on my phone says last backup was yesterday can any one help me?

What do you mean you can't find it? What exactly are you doing and what happens?
How exactly are you looking for your iCloud backup?
On your phone - you should be in Settings - iCloud - Storage & Backup. At the very bottom, it will tell you the last time you backed up your device. If you tap Manage Storage, you will see the last backups for each device on your account.

yes they appear in manage storage but nothing is synced back to my phone back how to do that?
means my phone didnt restore back my contacts, photos , any stuff , seems like a new phone??
