Flip Player Update

I downloaded the Flip Player update (I use the free) When I try to drag the new version into the Applications folder it gives me the following error:

If I click OK the window just goes away. So I have no idea which files it is talking about. Very helpful. Their support was useless. Any clue would be appreciated. Thanks.
