I can't get ringtone made in iTunes onto my iPhone 5

The tone shows up in iTunes its set to sync automatically. But when i synce it it doesn't appear on the phone or on the computer when its set to "on this iphone" can anyone help?

i have iOS7.0.6

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.6
