Can't drag Chrome in Mission Control

Chrome basically isn't cooperating with Mission Control.

1. Whenever I try to drag a Chrome browser window to a different desktop, it refuses to move the window

2. Whenever I try to swipe between desktop from a window with Chrome, it brings the Chrome window to the new desktop

I had TotalSpaces on my previous OS version and it worked just fine. I upgraded to TotalSpaces2 when I upgraded to Maverick and it exhibits the same issues as when I turn off TotalSpaces2 and just use Mission Control (i.e., can't organize windows on desktops). It has occasionally worked, but I haven't been able to isolate when/why/what I was doing differently.

Has anyone else seen this? Any ideas on how to fix it?

MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
