Q: HELP PLEASE!!

I've done everything the website says to troubleshoot airplay - the icon has still not appeared on any of the devices I'm the house. I've reset the Apple TV box and all devices, but nothing. Please help!!

AppleTV 2, iOS 7.1

Are all devices on the same network? Some routers keep the wired and wireless networks seperate.
