Unable to delete movies from my iPad2

I've been searching other discussions and haven't been able to locate a fix for my situation.

Ive seen the classic:

Settings>General>Usage>Videos>Edit>Delete

But, my "Videos" section currently has NO movies on it.

Here is what I do know, I'm using iOS 7.1 and I just recently started downloading a movie from my iCloud and had 4.4gbs of storage. Just got a notification that I didn't have enough room to complete the download yet when I look I now have only 32mgs space left on my iPad. Is there a way to delete this portion of movie that is somehow/where downloaded on my iPad? I believe I currently have 2 partial movies taking up space I cannot access now.
