I had an older version of GarageBand. When I download GarageBand v2.0 I can't find any in-app purchases. Is it only possible to trigger the in-app purchase if I download GarageBand v2.0 via iTunes on the PC. Is it possible to force an in-app purchase of all instruments after installing via iTunes?

Have you counted the instruments you are seeing, when you download GarageBand v2.0 I? If you update an existing version, they are probably automatically included, see the list:

After updating, try "Restore previous Purchase"
Tapping on "Already purchased" does not solve the problem. Doing that prompts a message saying "No purchases to restore". There seems to be no solution to this problem as of now. So many of us have lost our in-app purchases after this latest update and there is still no reply from Apple on the issue or a solution.
