Share subscribed calendar with other iPhone users?

I have used Apple products for a very long time but with my new job, I have a calendar which I have had to subsrcibe to. I have subsrcibed to my work schedule by setting up the calendar and selected 'iCloud' in the 'Location' box after having clicked 'File'>'New Calendar Subsrciption'.

What baffles me is even though this is pushed across to all of my devices, I am still unable to 'share' this calender with other users who have iPhones, but can only share a standard calendar (one which is not a subscribed one).

Is there any possibility of anyone shedding some light on this?

Thanks in advance!

Hey zubairl,

Thanks for the question. For Privacy, you must be the original owner of the calendar to share with others. Because you are simply subscribed to the calendar, you do not see the option for sharing. To resolve your issue, have the owner of the calendar “share” it with the recipient, or have the recipient subscribe to the calendar just as you have done (if you have access to the public subscription link).
