Q: I just purchased more iCloud storage because my phone is saying it cannot complete an update without it, I went through and deleted a bunch of stuff beforehand and nothing changed so I thought I had to buy it. But nothing is showing that it has changed.

I just purchased more storage for my phone because I needed a software update and it said I couldn't do it until I purchased more cloud storage, so I did. Now nothing is showing up and still cannot update my software? Does it take time to show up?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.2

    Sometimes it does.  However, adding more iCloud storage doesn't give you any more space on your phone if that's what you're trying to do.  To create more space on your phone, you have to delete of sync something off of it.  You could, for example, you could delete all your music, then perform the update, then sync your music back to your phone using iTunes.
