How to reinstall iPhoto on my computer?

I'm running the new Macbook Pro 20.9.2 and i uninstalled iPhoto because I didnt like using it. I have photostream turned on for my iPhone pictures: is there somewhere I can view my photos online like in my iCloud? Additionally if I want to reinstall iPhoto from the app store it is not donig anything when I select "accept all updates." How do I reinstall iPhoto?
